Lube Service

When it's needed: Every 3 to 6 months (or 6,000 miles), or as an intermediate freshen-up for older cars, high milage (Taxi/hire) and performance vehicles.

This is the most basic preventative maintenance package, designed for customers that want to keep their engine healthy. *   does not include a full vehicle safety inspection 

    • Drain engine oil and refill with the correct grade and quantity.
    • Replace the engine oil filter.
    • Basic visual check for major fluid leaks under the bonnet.
    • Top up windscreen washer fluid.

Intermediate Service

When it's needed: Every 6 months (or 6,000 miles).

A intermediate service works as a buffer between a Full and major service to keep your vehicle in a well-maintained and safe condition.

  • Core Tasks: Includes everything in the Lube Service, plus:

    • Brake check
    • Tyres check
    • Suspension & Steering  
    • Electricals
    • Fluids top up
    • Drain engine oil, replace engine oil and filter

Full Service

When it's needed: Every 12 months (or 12,000 miles)—whichever comes first.

This is the standard annual (or biannual with an intermediate) check up. It is a comprehensive examination of the vehicle’s main mechanical components and safety systems, combined with air filter replacements.

Core Tasks: Includes everything in the Intermediate Service, plus:

    • Filter Replacements: Brand new Engine Air Filter to keep dirt out of the motor.
    • Brakes:
    • Engine & Drivetrain
    • Body & Cabin 
    • Diagnostics

Major Service

When it's needed: Every 24 months (or 24,000 miles)

The most complete and rigorous service option available. It includes all the typical annual maintenance checks alongside the replacement of vital components that degrade over longer periods of time.

Core Tasks: Includes everything in the Full Service, plus:

    • Brake Fluid Replacement
    • Cabin/Pollen Filter Replacement.
    • Spark Plugs (Petrol Cars)
    • External Fuel Filter (Diesel Cars.
    • Gearbox Check
